Tech 4 Maine

Technology embedded in Maine education.

An online community for Maine educators to find resources about tech, education, best practices, tools, PD howto, and more.

What to do when you join

When you join, upload a picture or avatar of some sort. Then check out the membership and "friend" the folks you know. There are groups to join, including content area, grade level, and tech-savvy types of groups - among others! Then add a comment, question, or discussion topic to a forum to keep the conversation going.

If you have questions or suggestions about things included on the site, please either add your request/idea to a forum or feel free to leave a comment or message for Sarah Sutter, Thom Cosgrove or Bridget Robbins. (Others of the Uber Group, if you want to be included on this list, just let me know.) We want the space to evolve to meet the changing needs of everyone in the group as much as possible.

Fresh from STI 08

Just got home from the last day of STI - Belfast 08.
Phew!

Awesome projects and participants this year, however, we STILL seem to not be hitting the Southern Maine market of teachers... Strange..

Now to start preparing for STI-North, only a few months away.
